Agencies

CMT provides individual and group music therapy for agencies. The process involves an initial consultation and intake, 3 session assessment period and development of a music therapy treatment plan.

1. GROUPS: music therapy provided to small or large groups. Agencies include: Day Programs, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Special Education, etc. General assessment of groups includes goals and objectives, documentation of progress towards goals.

   • 30min group: $110

   • 45min group: $175

   • 60min group: $220

   Groups may be time limited for a set number of sessions or ongoing.

2. ROCKIN 4 SCHOOL SERVICES

   • Playgroups/Family engagement groups

   • Childcare agencies

   • Pre-K 3 and 4

   • Kindergarten

   • Afterschool programming (K-5th grade)

   • Sessions begin at $80/ 30 min. session. After School Programming- $90/30-min session. Additional fee for travel may apply.
